Howdy Neighbor Day

The Fritch Area Chamber of Commerce hosts its annual Howdy Neighbor Day Celebration on the first Saturday in October. We start out with a parade with a theme and go into the city park to many other activities. The parade has judges to judge floats best decorated to the theme, with money prizes.

We have food booths and game booths and selling of items to purchase for the day. We have live music all during the day. It is a fun day to just bring your lawn chairs out to listen to the music and visit your neighbor friends. It is Howdy Neighbor time. Come on out spend the day and enjoy the booths.

Christmas in the Park

On a Thursday evening at 6:00 pm at the FritchCityPark we have the children come out and decorate a Christmas tree with homemade ornaments with hot chocolate and cookies for all. Serving coffee for the adults Then Santa makes a visit for all the children. We have singing of Christmas carols with door prizes for the evening. The date is usually 2 weeks before Christmas.

Citizen of the year banquet

The Fritch Area Chamber of Commerce host a man and women of the year banquet in March or April for a deserving person who has devoted their time to the community. This is a special evening of live entertainment and honoring our man and women most deserving.

We have a catered meal with deserts and a live auction of items. We have door prizes and a drawing for a gift card for $100.00 in groceries. We honor any and all nominees that were nominated. A fun filled evening for all who come.
